My Trip to the Bison Ranch this Summer

Image
It's always a treat when I get to take some time to go visit the Missouri Bison Ranch and spend some time down there with Randy and Jane. This summer, we decided it was time to update some of our bison and ranch photography, so Nate and I scheduled a trip to spend a couple days down there so he could take pictures. Easy, Cheesy, Firecracker Bison Meatballs

So, my appetite for meatballs seems to only continue to grow, as you can probably tell from my Instagram feed . And bison just works so great for meatballs. As usual, this recipe is super easy, and really doesn't take much... just a little time. And, although I usually bake my meatballs, in the spirit of trying new things, I decided to cook these in my cast iron skillet.
